These terms cover your use of Voicearoo. By using it, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain.

Your content is yours

You own what you make with Voicearoo: your words, your voice recordings, your photos, your logo and your finished voice posts. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you, such as processing your recording into a voice post.

Use your own voice, and content you have rights to

• Record your own voice, or a voice you have clear permission to use.
• Only add photos, logos and text you own or have permission to use, including a company’s logo.
• Only add music you made or have a license to use in social media posts. Platforms can mute or remove posts that use copyrighted songs, and you are responsible for the music you add.
• Use only real recordings of your own voice. Voicearoo is for authentic voices, so don’t upload synthetic, cloned or AI-generated voices.

What you can’t do

• Impersonate someone, or make it look like a person said something they didn’t.
• Make content that is illegal, harassing, hateful or deceptive.
• Try to break, overload or misuse the service, or get around plan limits.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 2 voice posts a month with the Voicearoo look. Pro includes 10 voice posts a month with your own branding, background music and studio sound, for $12 a month or $9 a month billed yearly. Monthly allowances reset on the first of each month and don’t roll over. You can cancel Pro anytime; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you.

Availability

We work hard to keep Voicearoo running well, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of voice posts you want to keep.

Responsibility

You are responsible for what you post and where you post it. To the extent the law allows, Voicearoo is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Voicearoo at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you if the change is significant.
